How long does my order take to ship?

This is dependent on where it is being sent. Within New Zealand it should take no more than 2-6 working days. Please note some items are too fragile to be shipped and would need to be picked up in person.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes depending on how fragile the item is. Pricing is dependent on shipping location and size and weight of package. Please contact me directly if you are wanting to ship an item outside of New Zealand. Please note some items are too fragile to be shipped.

What is your returns policy? 

If your item is damaged in transit or is not what you expected I will happily replace it for you.

To try and minimise the impact on the environment I use recycled packaging where possible.
